We start by utilizing an agency's current curriculum, educational materials and perform an on-site evaluation to identify what profiles need to be built and what the evaluation criteria goals are. from there we build an experience model based on the learnings and discovery. When the model is completed and has been signed off on, we then begin to create the solution set to facilitate the evaluation.

Our training and evaluation software solution is designed to facilitate an evaluation process in a simple to use intuitive interface that can be scaled up or down for just about any type of evaluation criteria for any kind of industry that performs training and assessments. The platform is cloud based and works on any device such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops. The platform is Software as a Service (SaaS) so there is nothing to download and install on a device in order for for our software solution set to function.
Our training and evaluation software includes a profile admin management feature so you can assign as many different profile types as you need. Custom reporting features help managers compare assessment results which provides a great opportunity for manager—trainee conversations to reconcile and develop adequate plans to address identified performance and skills gaps.
Case Study
In a healthcare facility training environment, the software solution is designed to facilitate an evaluation process by Attendings (physician) for Residents (medical students) on a daily/case basis.
The software tracks patient cases by location, rotation and procedure and allows the Attending physician to evaluate a Resident on the case by case level.
Administrators can monitor the process and, more importantly, all collected data can be used to generate a variety of reports that help during the 6 month progress report meeting where it is decided whether a Resident is qualified to move forward in the program.
